Introduction. At present, the dairy industry of Ukraine needs to solve extremely difficult tasks, main which is related need ensure food security country in conditions hostilities on territory state. Problem. The with beginning war and temporary occupation suffered significant losses caused by loss part production capacity, impact inflationary processes, disruption logistics chains. aim article determine current state prospects development Ukraine. Methods. To achieve this goal, following methods were used: analysis scientific publications statistics, market situation generalization results.
